Gournia
Gournia is the site of a Minoan palatial complex on the island of Crete, Greece, excavated in the early twentieth century by the American archaeologist Harriet Boyd-Hawes. Gournia is located in the municipality of Ierapetra, on a small hill a few hundred meters from the sea in the Gulf of Mirabella in the prefecture of Lasithi.
